How to Book the Villa
The villa sleeps up to 6 people (adults and children). If you have a baby, you will need to let us know, so that we can arrange a cot—and a high chair, if you'd like that.
Steps 1 and 2
- The first thing you need to do is see when the villa is available.
If there is a time that suits you, then:

You don't have to start on a Saturday!
Most people begin and end their stay on a Saturday. But we are very happy to be flexible. If you want to begin or end your stay on a different day of the week, just contact us (details further down the page) and let us know when you'd like to stay.
Our rental rates vary, depending on when you want to come and stay. (In the winter months, you will also have to pay a bit more if you want the pool heated.)

Stay for the period you want
All these rates are per week. But you do not need to stay for a week: our minimum stay period is 3 days. If you want to rent the villa for less than a week, please contact us (details just below) and ask for a quote.
If you want to stay for 3 weeks or more: again, please contact us and we will put together a special quote.
Our prices are inclusive
All quoted prices include local taxes and the cost of cleaning the villa before and after your stay. There are no hidden extras.

If the time you want to stay is more than 8 weeks away, you will need to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit when you book, and the balance at least 8 weeks before the day your holiday begins.
If it is less than 8 weeks away, you will need to pay the whole amount immediately.
In both cases, the final balance will include a refundable security deposit of £120 / $200. We will let you have this back as soon as we know there have been no problems caused by your stay.
