The villa

The house was built in 2004. It sits on a quarter-acre plot, in a quiet residential suburb. It has its own pool, next to a covered lanai and a double garage. The entire rear garden is surrounded by six-foot panel fences, giving you complete privacy.

Every room is furnished to an extremely high standard, and is kept in tip-top condition by a very professional local management group. There are ceiling fans in all areas, and air conditioning.

The ‘Great Room’, a common feature in Florida properties, includes the sitting room, a dining area and a breakfast area, and extends into an open-plan kitchen. There is a television and a DVD player for you to use—as there is in all 3 bedrooms—together with a telephone. (Local calls are free.)

You may never need to use the cooking facilities since there is such a wealth of food available at local eateries. Just in case you do, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need: a cooker, a microwave, an American fridge freezer with ice-maker, a dishwasher and all kitchen utensils.

The utility room is home to a washing machine and a large tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large en suite with bath and walk-in shower. There is a TV and a DVD player. French windows give directly onto the pool area.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a fitted wardrobe. Your third TV and DVD player.

The third bedroom has two single beds. Once again, there is a fitted wardrobe, and a TV and DVD player.

The second bathroom is situated between the two smaller bedrooms and the pool area. It is a good size, and has a bath/shower, w.c. and wash-basin. It also has access to the pool area.

For your complete comfort, all linen and towels are provided; there is a hair-dryer you can use; also an iron, and an ironing board. Cots and high chairs can be arranged on request.

If you have a computer, the villa has high-speed Internet access.

Smoking is not allowed, but pets are welcome.
