More of the Villa

The spacious garage has room for two cars, electronic door opening, and access to the villa via the utility room.

Along the side of the villa is an open, covered lanai. ‘Lanai’ is a Hawaiian word, used widely in Florida, for a covered patio or veranda.

There are two ceiling fans to keep you comfortable when it is hot.

The twelve-foot by twenty-four foot pool is screened in, to protect you from insects, while allowing you to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Comfortable deck furniture is supplied—so you can work on your tan—and with a six-foot fence around the garden your privacy is assured.

You can swim whenever you like—and a day with a book in the sun by the pool isn't something to be knocked!
