Oak Hills Golf Club This club is within a mile of the villa. It is an 18-hole, championship course, which stretches to 6,935 yards, and will challenge both the high and the low-handicap golfer.

Busch Gardens About 40 miles from the villa, Busch Gardens is both a theme park and a zoo. Children, teenagers and the young at heart will love it.

Big Cat Rescue Another good day trip. This 45-acre wildlife sanctuary is home to 140 cats, representing 16 species of wild cat. You can see lions, tigers, Geoffroy cats, jungle cats, servals, caracals, snow leopards, bobcats, lynx and more. About 35 miles from the villa.

Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park Most famous for its resident manatees, but there is more. An elevated boardwalk system provides a great view of the wildlife including cougars, bears, bobcats, otters, deer, alligators and a wide variety of wading birds, birds of prey and songbirds. Just 20 miles from the villa.

Weeki Wachee and Buccaneer Bay Almost on your doorstep, Weeki Wachee is billed as “the only city of live mermaids.” Buccaneer Bay is a spring-fed water park, with white sandy beaches, flume rides, a kiddie pool area, tiki bar, beach volleyball and the constant 72-degree (Farenheit) water of the Springs.

Silver Springs Park About 60 miles from the villa. Provides a glimpse into what life was like here more than 10,000 years ago (which is why it was so useful for Tarzan films). Plenty of rides and other attractions.
